We are thrilled to announce that our self-engineering series online conference was a resounding success !

The conference program was carefully planned to cater to our target audience, and our speakers covered a variety of topics ranging from sustainable development to innovation and entrepreneurship .Attendees gained valuable knowledge and expertise from experienced individuals in various fields, while also connecting with like-minded individuals who share the same vision and passion for social change.

COVID-19 and Food Donations:

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020 and the government announced a lockdown, the group realized that many people living on the streets would struggle to find food. They decided to take action and began giving out food packets on the first day of the lockdown. They continued to do so through out the first wave of the pandemic, helping to alleviate some of the suffering in their community.

Medical Industry Contribution:

During the second wave, the situation was very worse, with people facing a shortage of medicine, hospital beds, oxygen, and ambulances. Despite the efforts of many volunteers, NGOs, and government hospitals to provide medical care and resources, many people passed away due to a lack of proper medical awareness and timely treatment. In response to this, We are in the process of adding new medical features to Red Friends app to contribute to the medical industry. These features include connecting patients with doctors, booking ambulances, and facilitating the delivery of medicine.

Care For Mental Health

As a result, patients who require blood transfusions may suffer from delays or may not receive the care they need. we decided to use their passion for social causes and technology to create a solution. we developed a concept to connect donors with people in need of blood, Despite being new to app development, we team worked tirelessly to create the app from scratch. They put in many sleepless nights and devoted countless hours to the project. Eventually, their hard work paid off, and they were able to launch the app and start connecting donors with people in need of blood. The Red Friend app is not a date-based app; rather, it is a networking app that connects donors and recipients in real-time. Through the app, donors can sign up and be notified when someone in their area needs blood. The app also allows recipients to easily find and contact donors in their area.

Red Friends is a secular charitable Trust, multi aiding grounded founded by the group of schools students with the vision of helping the world in times of need.
